Touhou Danmaku Kagura Phantasia Lost is a rhythm and action game where you must precisely press buttons to the beat of the song playing. Phantasia Lost will have two available modes to spice up the rhythm game genre! The Kagura Stage falls into the traditional rhythm game formula, where notes approach from the top of the screen and you must time your button presses as the pass down.
「ダンマクカグラ」での楽曲のクリアや、「お出かけ」によって経験値を集めることによって上がる。ランクが上がる度にスキップチケット、「夢のしずく」などのアイテムが入手出来る。また、copyrightレベルが上がることでマイスペースの機能、クラブ数の上限、ミタマカードの「お出かけ」時の「お出かけ効果」のパーティ内での適用人数、「お出かけ」の同時出発数の上限などが解放される。
